Important Information

Terms & Conditions

🔹 Booking & Payments

  • Advance booking required to confirm the slot.
  • Balance amount due on the day of service.
  • Keep the balance amount ready when makeup starts and make the payment once the makeup is done.
  • Advance deposits are not refundable but can be adjusted if rescheduled within 3 days.

🔹 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellation within 8 hrs will forfeit the advance.
  • Rescheduling is allowed only once (with prior notice of 24 hrs).

🔹 Punctuality!

  • Clients must arrive on time; delay of more than 15 mins may affect the service. If late, the full fee will still apply.
  • Extra waiting charges will apply: 1000/- for 2 hrs.

🔹 Skin & Allergies

  • Clients should inform in advance about any skin issues, allergies, or sensitivities.
  • Artist is not responsible for reactions if the client fails to disclose.
  • A patch test can be provided upon request, extra charges will apply!

🔹 Hygiene & Prep

  • Please come with a clean, moisturized face and eyebrows (no makeup and facial hairs on face).
  • Hair must be washed and dried.

🔹 Trials & Touchups

  • Trial sessions (if offered) will be charged separately.
  • Touchups are not included unless specified in the package.

🔹 Travel & On-Site Services

  • Travel charges apply for outdoor, outstation, or venue services.
  • Accommodation & transport must be provided for early morning or destination bookings.

🔹 Photography & Products

  • The artist may take photos and videos of the before and after final look for portfolio.
  • Only professional, high-quality products will be used!
